Due to frequent requests, we are offering the Oskar tribute shirt one last time! The design is a fusion of Oskar's noble silhouette and an image of a dazzling star field and nebula. We created this design to represent the the infinite potential in each living being --whether a person or a cat-- for experiencing a life filled with wonder. As Carl Sagan once famously said, we are the stuff of stars!

Every shirt sold will result in a donation of an award-winning Oskar & Klaus braille adventure book (in this case, to the Maryland School for the Blind). Our goal is to introduce young readers to a fully capable, enthusiastic, and adventurous protagonist who just happens to be blind (a blind cat, no less). The idea is to shatter society’s prejudices and low expectations by teaching young readers that blindness in NOT the defining characteristic of a person or an animal.
